Titus 2:11-15

We received an inspiring email from a Brother in Christ who is preaching Jesus Christ on a distant continent across the globe. He sent his thanks and words of encouragement. His email has truly been a spiritual revival for me. He placed "Titus 2;11-15" near the end of his email. Those few verses in Titus need to be quoted more often, especially on this website, because they are simply genius. To me, they completely summarize the true meaning of Christianity:

Titus 2:11-15 King James Version (KJV)
11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,
12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.

Thanks be to God!
